I did not even watch the Onward trailer – the video still tells me all I need to know about it π

I went for A Quiet Place Part II because I loved the first one; Never, Rarely, Sometimes, Always because it looks right up my street in terms of subject matter; and Milan because Niki Caro is the director and I loved Whale Rider (2002) and North Country (2005).
Having said that Deerskin also looks really great and bizarre. When I watched the trailer for The Hunt, I initially thought βhavenβt there been enough Hunger Games?β But it might be more interesting judging from some twists hinted at the trailer…weβll see…:)

There’s another movie coming out in March that I forgot to include here. It is a Spanish movie that I’ve been hearing a lot about since last year called The Platform (El Hoyo) and it finally comes out on 20 March, on netflix.

I have seen a few of the March movies recently.
Onward was a nice animation, but didn’t like it that much overall, I lost my interest pretty fast.
The Way Back was ok, great acting from Ben Affleck.
Bloodshot is not a good movie, the script is bad, but the concept was interesting and it is quite entertaining at times. π
The Hunt is great! Such an underrated movie, it keeps you on the edge of your seat the whole time and it’s so much fun, the acting is good and everyone seems to be having a great time acting in it. Betty Gilpin is a star! There are also quite a few cameos.
El Hoyo (The Platform) is excelent, it’s another movie that deals with the difference in social classes but done it a way I’ve never seen before (it reminded me a bit of Snowpiercer), this is a must see!
The Hunt and El Hoyo are in my top 3 of the year so far along with The Invisible Man.

Cinemas are closed here in this period, but the ones I saw are all available online either on streaming platforms or to download.

Cinema are closed here too. Although I was desperate to see it I am quite glad they have moved the release date of No Time to Die. I really want it to be a big success π

Yeah, same here. But I’m really curious how will they fit all these movies in the schedule after the cinemas are reopened, it will most probably cause many changes in the release dates.

Yes, it will be interesting to see what they do with the schedules. Especially since I imagine people will not flock to the cinema when they reopen…

I think you would like El Hoyo (The Platform) btw, it’s so dark! π

I wondered what the cinemas were going to do in the current situation, and saw this:
